For domestic orders, we offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is calculated at checkout. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping:

For international orders, we offer standard shipping and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days to arrive, while express shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

International shipping rates vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be charged by their country's customs department.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there are any issues with your order, such as an item being out of stock or an address error, we will contact you via email or phone within 1 business day.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@cashwrl.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
